Service with a smile

My agent at Raine & Horne Marrickville is Mario Markisic and he provides excellent service - he is always on top of all issues affecting the tenancy of our Unit. During the past 2 years there have been several important issues that arose with the the tenancy such as replacing the Ducted Air Conditioning unit - organising several quotes and final installation. Other more recent issues include leaking water pipes , shower floors and associated damage to carpets and the ceiling of a unit beneath. Mario was always active from first notice organising plumbing and cleaning services to rectify the problems. More recently when a fire in kitchen oven was reported he immediately organised repairs to the oven - always keeping me informed of the progress and costs etc. When the last tenants left the tenancy Mario knew we had plans for future improvements especially adding new timber flooring. While the Unit was vacant Mario immediately suggested and organised several quotes for this project. Mario has also worked very hard to obtain new tenants and after discussions regarding a sensible rent new tenants have been secured. I can not rate Mario more highly than 10 / 10 and is a pleasure to have him working on our behalf.
