Thankyou Kieran. We contacted Kieran to sell this (deceased) property. The company he is Director of, handled the selling of the property in 2013 and my father (whom handled a lot of communications) contacted Raine and Horne, Melton, for their feedback and (hopeful) help/knowledge of Melton area. We were not disappointed. Kieran was able to respond promptly and is knowledgeable about what he was doing. His availability to meet was prompt, and at a time that was suitable to me, having to travel to the property from the other side of the city. On meeting, Kieran was professional, friendly and approachable This is not an area that I am familiar with, so was happy with Keiran for assisting me with trades to clean up the place to look more than presentable and AWESOME! Such a load of my mind; knowing there was help out there! He handled documentation for trades to update the property and assisted with trades in renovation of property to selling. Overall, it was a stress free experience Kieran strived for the best result during changeover with 2026 budget, having a list of sellers keen to buy in the area. Due to legalities when selling, I had a lawyer, and Kieran kept in contact with her as well.
