Courtney is the face and voice that will greet you at our Moranbah office. She assists our Property Management department along with administration and daily tasks.

This office has been proudly servicing Moranbah and the surrounding suburbs with its real estate needs since it opened its doors in 2009. Prior to our move to 1/17 Bacon Street, we were located at Griffin Street, where we opened our first shop. Before 2009, the Moranbah properties were managed from our Mackay office. We saw a need to service the Moranbah community on the ground and this is what our team do best. Our principal Des Besanko has been involved in real estate for a number of years and is no stranger to a tough market. Balanced, respectful, honest and easy to work with

I had a great experience renting through Raine & Horne. The property managers were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with from the beginning of my tenancy through to the end. Communication was excellent, maintenance issues were addressed quickly, and I always felt treated with respect.
