She started her real estate career as a sales administrator however quickly progressed and worked her way into the Sales department, where she is an award-winning Sales Partner within the Raine & Horne network. Emmarina thrives on the high pressures involved in the Sale & Negotiation process of real estate and it is due to her hard work and dedication that she has achieved for 2 years in a row (2017 & 2018) 2nd place for “Number of sales in QLD State” for the Raine & Horne Network. Also adding another feather to her cap by taking out the RateMyAgent’s 2019 Moranbah Agent of the Year award when she was based in the Bowen Basin market. This office has been proudly servicing Moranbah and the surrounding suburbs with its real estate needs since it opened its doors in 2009. Prior to our move to 1/17 Bacon Street, we were located at Griffin Street, where we opened our first shop. Before 2009, the Moranbah properties were managed from our Mackay office. We saw a need to service the Moranbah community on the ground and this is what our team do best. Our principal Des Besanko has been involved in real estate for a number of years and is no stranger to a tough market. One of the Best Agents I have had the pleasure to deal with.

Great knowledge of the local area and market, provided transparent insight with pros and cons from a factual standpoint. Went above and beyond through the process every step of the way between me and the seller ensuring a smooth process and transaction, while also ensuring it was timely. Made sure to check in, follow up, and help where possible even when not needed or in her general responsibility as an agent going above and beyond for myself as the buyer! Could not have asked for more from an agent then the service, effort, communication, transparency, and responsiveness then what was provided. Above expectations feels like an understatement.
