Great Agent!

As we had bought our new home off the plan there was plenty of time to think about our Real Estate Agent. Within that time we invited a number of Agents to our home to meet and appraise our property. All were professional and confident people but we were looking for a point of difference within that. As soon as we met Ben we found that difference. Ben had the ability to make you feel at ease, just like a friend entering your home. Casual but at the same time a professional edge, and we instantly knew he would work wholeheartedly for us and get the best out of the campaign. Any Agent can sell a home when the market is flying high, but you really need the right Agent when the market slides. That is exactly what happened to us, by the time we were ready to sell we watched the market change overnight. Throughout this process Ben did not loose sight on the big picture to achieve the best result in difficult circumstances and kept us feeling confident.
