Property Manager Extraordinaire

We met Tamika Mundy during a trip into Raine and Horne Northern Suburbs whilst dropping off some paperwork for some Units we had put an offer on. Sam introduced us and Tamika sat down for a chat to myself and my partner about her role as a Property Manager (previously we had managed our own). After we left, we had already decided that Tamika was exactly what we wanted in a Property Manager. She has experience, knowledge and empathy. Tamika is approachable, understanding and super responsive but most of all she's real, there is no fakeness. She is super thorough in all aspects of Property Management from vetting Tenants, inspections and reports, repairs and the most favourite part of being a Landlord - receiving the income generated from Rent. We have complete trust in Tamika and know that all of our investment properties are treated with the same professionalism . Tamika manages our 4 Properties and we cannot recommend her highly enough.
