I have dealt with numerous agents in the past, and can without a doubt recommend Graeme Lawler of Raine and Horne Northern suburbs. Graeme has a no bullshit approach, honest and willing to take time with a vendor to secure a realistic outcome. Credibility in this market is essential, and Graeme took me through every step of the way, continuing to consult with me, even with a great familiarisation of my desires, as I wasn’t an easy vendor. Along the way, continual communication was relayed. It was an unusual sale as purchaser needed to sell two properties. It was challenging but I trusted Graeme to do his job. I received continual feedback, and naturally I had ideas, and a belief in the property I renovated!
