About Leanne

Leanne returned to Property Management in 2014 after some years in another career path. During this time she had studied and gained various certificates and diplomas, all which relates to working with people. The career path she chose, assisted her to build her communication, negotiations and customer service skills. It also gave her an insight of how to deal with various people and their different situations. Not everyone can be treated the same. Leanne has local knowledge, having lived in Nairne since 2000. She prides herself as being very approachable, shows empathy and has a good eye for detail. Having her own investment property, gives Leanne the edge on how she likes to be treated as a landlord offering transparency to all those that deal with her, landlords and tenants alike. After just 6 months with Raine & Horne Oakbank, Leanne was a finalist for Outstanding Property Manager in 2014. In 2016 was again nominated and again was a finalist. 2017 she was Runner Up to the TOP Listing Property Manager for the last Quarter of 2016 in the Metropolatian area. Leanne continues to enjoy the everyday challenges and rewards of Property Management.

Fantastic agent !

I have been a tenant of Raine & Horne oakbank for approximately 10 years. Currently in my second rental property through them. I have found them to be the best real estate agent I've ever had to deal with in my life time of renting so far. They are all a very friendly team and being a family business I think makes all the difference. All of the staff I have dealt with over the years have been very approachable and friendly. They don't look down on you as " just a tenant ". In particular my years with Leanne juers as my property manager have been extremely pleasant. Leanne always attends to my needs whether that's a question answered or maintenance issues addressed promptly. Leanne has a wonderful warm friendly personality . She is easily likeable and she's very easy to talk to and approachable. A down to earth lady who I have come to respect .

Down to earth and friendly agency

My husband and I found Raine and horne Oakbank to be professional and accomodating in regards to leasing the rental property we are currently living in. Leanne the agent at Raine and horne Oakbank Has been fantastic at making sure we have settled in our new tenency, and continues to maintain communication in a very friendly, professional, down to earth manner.
