Professional, honest and hard-working agent

Being an interstate buyer, I expected a lot from Vanessa with respect to her ability to get quick access for a viewing of our purchased house. With my initial phone call made to her on a Saturday morning, she had me going through the house that afternoon. We both went around the house inspecting the areas of concern raised by the building report. All up, Vanessa spent at least 1.5 hours showing me the house and she never made me feel rushed or pressured to leave quickly. While some best intentions did not quite turn out as we would have all liked, Vanessa always returned my calls and assisted with directing me to the help that I required. She remained calm and understanding through the stressful settlement of our previous property, and engaged professionally with our solicitor throughout the entire process. Excellent performance in all areas

Vanessa introduced herself to us doing a 'cold call' letting the area know what the local market was doing. She was knowledgeable about the area and very personable and approachable. Having made an appointment she confirmed it and was punctual. Very detailed and professional in her explanations, planning and carrying through on the sale. She was always able to be contacted and was proactive in contacting us and keeping us informed of how the sale was progressing. This applied especially on the follow-up in dealing with the different solicitors and the buyers.
