Really happy with Kiki & Co

We have no hesitation in recommending Kiki to family and friends or anyone looking to buy/sell. We loved the fact that she was so straightforward and honest with us. Kiki was more than happy to go above and beyond the standard agent role as she came to meet us and show us the house on a Sunday – what service! Kiki made us feel at ease through the whole process as she was soft and engaging, unlike some other agents who came across as ‘smarmy’. Open and honest, working well with our needs.

Kiki was awesome to work with. She knows the market, giving a good indication of where we were and what to expect. She has a great network of helpers and tradies, all of whom can be deployed at short notice to get jobs done and make potential problems go away. If you're a fan of outsourcing, Kiki can make that happen. When we got the sale, she understood each of the potential purchasers and was able to speak well to every person who came through the property. In the final run up she was open and honest with both sides, so that when the sale happened we were happy and the purchasers were pleased too.
