Kiki and the team at Mint360 made the entire experience of selling our apartment a breeze. During such a tumultuous market we sold prior to auction at a price that we would have anticipated during a strong market. We felt at ease throughout the entire campaign, with regular communication and updates, along with an understanding of what was happening throughout. Kiki also provided some valuable insight prior to even signing her on as an agent as we purchased prior to selling (she was so helpful with giving some advise for our purchase even before we signed her on as our sales agent). She is articulate, logical, respectful, honest and so genuine....traits not often seen in this dog-eat-dog industry. I would absolutely trust her and the team in any future real estate transactions and highly recommend. I believe that her genuine approach gained trust from potential buyers and feel that the mutual respect she warranted placed us at an advantage. Cannot rate highly enough.
