Great result from a very good agent

Our initial idea was to sell the property ourselves. I had already sold three properties previously with very good results and felt confident I could do it again. But because the property was being sold in partnership with another person, I had to forego my plans, as they didn't want any more pressure placed upon them than was necessary. Craig understood our situation and made our decision to use him much easier by offering us a very fair commission. We decided on a one month advertising campaign, which, due to a blip in the market was extended to seven weeks. The stress associated with delaying the auction paid off as more people regained their confidence in the market and as a result more contracts were given out. On the day of the auction 30 or so people showed up with five people vying for the property. With two people left to fight it out we eventually got a price far in excess of our expectations. We were very happy with the result. Craig and his team constantly kept us informed of the number of people showing interest and read the market beautifully. His professionalism during the whole process of selling our property and of course, the great outcome, proved to us that using him as our agent was the best possible decision we could have made. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest, hardworking and dedicated real estate agent to sell their property.
