▶We were very nervous about selling out apartment in Pyrmont, particularly with the market dropping a little. With changes with investment loans & the growing needs of our teenage children, we unfortunately had to sell our first & probably only investment property. For us, it was the once in a lifetime opportunity to get a few extra dollars together - hopefully more than less, but it was all dependant on the outcome. Our apartment was situated in the beautiful Woolstore in Pyrmont, in which the Building Managers had dibs on selling units as they also ran a realestate business as part of the building management agreement, so most sellers defaulted to them. However, a few years back, our neighbours sold their unit through Kiki & the outcome was fantastic, way more impressive than what than previous sales had been. As a result, 2-3 years on & we contacted Kiki & asked if she could sell our apartment, thankfully she said Yes! I can not begin to tell you how amazing she & her team were. Down to earth, honest & hard-working, we new immediately that we had made the right decision. She advised on reno's, which resulted in getting $100K more than we would have if we sold as is, she arranged all the reno work, got all the quotes, good prices & did it all via 'Whats-App', it was so easy. The outcome was more than we could have hoped for. The apartment sold before auction, with a very very attractive offer after the first open house. Within the week it was done and dusted. Hand on heart, I don't know what else Kiki could have done to get the best outcome for us & present our property in a way that looked 110%.
