Savvy and Safe Care through the Selling Journey

I found Clare to have an astute knowledge of local conditions and buyers in the current market. She was very good at sussing out who was only browsing and who was a real potential buyer. She was able to target the best points of my unit and highlight them. I chose not to use a stylist and have my own selective furniture. Clare's advice gave clarity to my attempt and there was a better use of internal space but my own style was still respected. I have definately been positively influenced to declutter, debulk and keep the space calm and free for buyers to walk through and imagine themselves as new owners. I found her reliable and caring and felt I could ask her anything and get a balanced and truthful answer.
