Great experience with Kiki Burmudez and her team

I have really valued purchasing a property through Kiki and Alex as they have both been super responsive and transparent through the whole process. Kiki has communicated in depth with me every step of the way all the while having a good sense of humour which made me feel at ease. I would use and recommend Kiki to not only buy through but sell property with as she is very switched on, she understands both sides; the vendor and purchaser, she has a great memory and attention for detail. Post the contract and sale exchange Kiki has continued to be supportive and helpful with regards to additional, non-contracted items. A fabulous experience

Kiki and her team are amazing and genuinely there to support you through the sales process. I was time poor and Kiki’s team were extremely efficient in arranging trades, and other services to visit the property in preparation.
