The most valuable aspect of Kiki’s service is undoubtedly her personable nature to both us, and the buyers. She worked very hard in keeping us in the loop which made all the difference. We felt like we knew everything that was going on, as if we were personally involved in the sale. When we went through moments of stress, she was very at ease and calming about any insecurities we may have had. Considering how fantastic she and her team are, we will definitely be recommending her services. Very professional and a lovely experience as a whole. Her dedication to you, is such that you feel as if your sale is the only sale she has, even though she was selling multiple properties at one time. To be honest, we were initially hesitant about hiring Kiki. We’d had a lot of agents through before we made up our mind. Our biggest concern was that she hadn't sold before in our area, and didn't know much about it. She went about conducting some very thorough research and by the commencement of the campaign knew everything to tell prospective buyers, which instantly put us at ease. Selling our property before auction, whilst up against several in our block at the same time proved that we made the right call and we are 100% happy with our decision to go with Kiki, especially as agents who had sold in our block previously failed to sell on Auction day!
