Great communication
Lorraine has been very helpful in arranging maintenance on my behalf in a timely manner to get the property ready for rent. Her communication is excellent and I’ve not needed to follow her up for anything. A tenant was secured after the second inspection. My only call-out would be inspections not being arranged on a weekend which was promoted as a given during the initial consultation, but a tenant was secured nonetheless.
