Substandard

We had to spend 8 days fixing up our property after the last tenant moved out. It had only had an inspection 2 months prior and none of the fix ups required were mentioned in the report. It was a hit and run. Just a token gesture to say it had been inspected. The tenant didn't clean the house and the agent brought in their bond cleaner. Well FMD I aren't kidding they must have sat playing with themselves all day because the house was still disgusting when I went back. You could just smell dirt and grease. I did send photos to the property manager. I have a new tenant moving in today and I will be monitoring the situation very closely because this is my investment for my son's future and the service I have had is absolutely shocking!
