First Class

We bought our land from Jules and built our home in Martha Cove. She is very knowledgeable of this particular area having sold most of the land in there. When we decided to sell we immediately contacted Jules to be our agent because of her wealth of experience. Our home was on the market for a few months due to a slump in the market, but Jules was great suggesting changes in the marketing approach or changes in the layout of the advertising. She even paid to put it in local news papers to gain more interest. She knew what we hoped to get for the house and negotiated to get it as close to that figure as possible. She remained positive throughout the whole process when sometimes we became a bit dispondant. I would recommend her to anyone.
