Our rental property has been managed by Raine and Horne Sorell (Tasmania) for the past 4 years. Clancy Shaw has been our agent for the past 7 months with Hannah Onn, our previous agent. These agents along with the rest of the team have provided a seamless service. They are very responsive to both our tenant's requests and our enquiries. Our rental property, is an older property, so there have been a few maintenance issues. These have been addressed promptly by the agents with Raine and Horne's trades people. Inspections have been conducted as scheduled, with a report provided soon after the inspection. We were very happy with the leasing process as it was efficient and great tenants were secured.
