Great Agent

Peter was a pleasure to deal with. He knew the area well, understood us and what we were looking for and represented the vendor's interests very well. Professional and very effective agent

Peter Williams of Raine and Horne Bowral agreed to take on the sale of our home in Bowral after we had had a bad experience with an earlier agency. Peter and his colleague Brendan Watson made a most positive impression on us when we inspected another property they were showing. The way in which they supervised and ran the open house inspection and their follow-up was most impressive and gave us confidence that if they were appointed to our home we could be comfortable in the knowledge that the home would be secure under their supervision and that all visitors would be recorded and followed up appropriately. Peter is a very personable gentleman and puts people at ease very easily. Whilst light hearted and always smiling he is never-the -less always looking to close the sale on the most favourable terms to the vendor. Peter and Brendan were professional in assessing the feed back and advising on the on-going sales strategy but always accepted our final decision and acted upon instructions with sincerity and professionalism. Peter has a sweet tooth and responds well to a sweet treat or two. Brendan tries to keep him on his diet but with little effect. Peter Williams and Brendan Watson are a formidable team and both are thorough gentlemen.
