Someone who knows her business.

Kate was most effective in achieving sale of my mother's house. While it is in a lovely location and is fully functional, a 30 year old house with no improvements over that period is a bit of a challenge to sell to the modern buyer looking for every modern convenience. Kate managed the advertising of the house and dealing with potential clients very professionally and also managed the negotiations with my sisters and I very sensibly. The overall outcome is very satisfactory to all concerned.
