Better and better every day

We have been clients of Harcourts Nexus for about 5 years. They were recommended by a friend. Our signup was organised by Peter Mitchell, and we were and still are impressed by his calm personable manner, ongoing 'touch base' communications, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge. We have a shared property management set-up with Harcourts Nexus, which means that two agents have different responsibilities in their work with us as owners, our property, our tenants, and financial aspects. The team vibe at Harcourts Nexus is strong and positive - whenever we visit or phone the office we are greeted and served by Naomi or Danielle (our joint property managers), or one of the other friendly helpful team members eg Keeley, Ashley and occasionally Bindi. As the team structure has consolidated, the service continues to improve with all team members striving for top-notch responses to challenging situations, and communication to share important advances. If something isn't working, our property managers will suggest possible solutions, and keep trying to solve the situation. They work equally for us as owners as well as our tenants. Things in this area are never perfect, but our property management team at Harcourts Nexus keeps aiming to deliver the best service possible. We have had experiences with several rental real estates, and we're sticking with Harcourts Nexus....because they try, try, and try again!!
