Karen Dell, went above and beyond normal agent requirements. Karen understood what we were looking for in a block of land and we were able to look at blocks that fitted the criteria we had discussed. That included size, location on the island, ease of access and building suitability. As this was our first purchase in QLD, Karen was able to assist with names of solicitors, surveyors and soil testers to assist ease our purchase and building options. She also assisted in locating a suitable rental while we build our own home. As we had flown from Sydney with the intention of purchasing land on Russell Island and were only in the area for two days, it was great to be able to secure a fast deal.
