A wonderful agent

Tony has been an outstanding agent. He conducted the sale of my mother's house in a thoroughly professional manner. The sale was not straightforward as it was tenanted and the tenant was not 100% cooperative. However Tony managed to gain her confidence and support and also located another rental property for her. In addition, the sale was particularly stressful for everyone as the house was almost sold twice before a sale was finally completed. I have no hesitation in recommending Tony as an excellent agent in this area. I would also like to add that the tenant also holds him in high esteem.
