Rob was open, honest, insightful and extremely professional in all our dealings with him since our first meeting on Dec 23, 2016 when he showed us the 4 properties we had requested to view. He has an excellent understanding of the market and the particular characteristics of the Mollymook/Ulladulla market compared to other nearby areas and compared to the Canberra/Sydney market. Rob took a great interest in us personally, our plans , family needs/wants etc and listened to our reactions and responses to the properties we viewed. He discerned from our discussions the type of beach house we had hoped to find (which wasn't any of the ones we had chosen to view on line)and showed us the property that actually matched our hopes and had just come on the market. He was understanding of our price range and accepted immediately that we were being honest and transparent about this. This in itself put us at ease and made our dealings with Rob stress free as we knew he was acting in our best interests-not the experience we have had in the past nor the experience of our children who have bought and sold properties in other areas. Rob helped us enormously over the Christmas period when business moves so slowly. His advice about building and pest inspections, solicitors, how things worked in Mollymook /Uladulla and his availability to us via phone and email, particularly over that week between Christmas and New Year were invaluable. He was patient with our questions and queries and professional at all times. Rob was also very calm and understanding when our Final formal finance approval seemed to us to be taking ages and helped us put it all in perspective. We have recommended Rob unreservedly (and Raine and Horne Ulladulla ) to everyone to whom we have spoken about our wonderful new house at Mollymook-you hopefully will have some more Canberra buyers soon ! It was a pleasure working with Rob and we are delighted with our purchase Denise and Peter Hodge.
