A great all round Agent

I think that everyone can appreciate that its harder to sell Rural property than it is Residential. It takes more time, more effort and more dedication. I think that's really where Ben has shown the quality of agent that he is. He stayed focused from the very beginning and never lost interest. He did inspections early in the morning, late in the evening, Saturdays and Sundays - whenever he had to to get the job done, and these were not 15min inspections but usually between 1 and 2 hrs which involved a lot of physical walking on our steep property, and Ben really did seem to enjoy it. He doesn't mind leaving the BMW parked up and going for a decent walk to show buyers around. His advertising campaign including drone video footage of our place was excellent and therefore we received a huge amount of enquiries, which led to many inspections. Ben's follow up with those buyers was excellent and he always let us know where we stood honestly and without the BS (big stress!). Any agent can sell a house with a white picket fence in a nice street, but if your place is a little different and unique like ours was, or Rural, or you think it may take someone who is going to put in 100% effort the whole way and not give up, then we would strongly recommend Ben Pryde. Thanks again Ben - was great working with you. Regards Rob and Miranda.
