Good man to know

Julian's charm, knowledge and experience make him a very valuable man in the sometimes hit-and-miss world of estate agency. He values properties realistically, but is able to maximise the price realised. I know this from the viewpoint of both buying, and subsequently selling, using his services. Should my wife and I need the service of an agency again, we would certainly give the business to Julian.
