We inspected many units in different places through online platforms to rent a new house and applied for lease in different real estate agencies but they did not evaluate our needs. Because their evaluation process is very specific and complex where the needs of the interested people are disappointed. But Ralph First Real Estate Agency is very different and unique here where our needs have been successfully evaluated. After we came to know through online platform, my wife went for house inspection and she likes this house. After that she informed the Ralph First Real Estate Agency representative present here about our need to rent a house. The representative Mr. Zac Siddiqi answered every question with great sincerity and asked us to apply. Then we applied for lease of the said house through online platform which was a new experience for us because their online application process is very easy and user friendly which is very complicated for other agencies. As a result, we received a positive response to our application very quickly and we were very happy. The respected Property Manager of Ralph First Real Estate, Sarah Hamaoui, contacted me several times over the phone and discussed various issues with me sincerely, which was very helpful for me.
