Exceptional Service and Professionalism. I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with the service provided by RAM International. From the moment we thought of leasing our newly constructed investment property, Hema was nothing short of professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. Hema was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had, making us feel valued and reassured. What stood out the most was her proactiveness in managing brand-new property for rental and taking care of all things like , how sprinklers will work,following up on pending builder defect rectification, and her in-depth knowledge of the local market. She was able to lease the property the very next day of settlement. That is impressive !! Moreover, her dedication didn’t stop once the property was leased. She continued to provide support and assistance with internet/NBN setup, garage door fixing, etc, demonstrating genuine care for both parties tenant and landlord. It’s clear that they take pride in building long-lasting relationships with their clients. In conclusion, I cannot recommend RAM International highly enough. If you’re looking for an agent who is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your property, look no further.
