Firstly, we thought we where asking to much of our agent to get our home listed for sale and unconditionally sold within a 30 day time frame. As it turned out Our agent, Jan Brewster, rose to the challange and sold our home in less than one week. The day we prepared our home to be photographed for advertising was the day we sold it through Jan. I have no doubt that Jans professional approach and her friendly, out going personallity where instrumental in the speedy sale of our home at a price above our expectations.
