Displayed genuine interest and passion with the selling of our house.

We first met Mick several years ago for an appraisal of our home. We were begining to consider downsizing. At this point he was very realistic about our appraisal unlike other agents in the area that offered what we felt inflated figures. He knew we weren't quite ready but always waved and was polite whenever we saw him. We would often call him for advice and he always responded in a timely matter . When we finally agreed that we would sell our house through Mick and First National we had nothing but a high praise for him and his amazing team. Janet did the beautiful write up of our property and it sounded so amazing we jokingly thought we should buy it. We also had Katie and Erin supporting Mick with open house inspections and all of them we very punctual and kept us in the loop of what was happenning. We realized Mick was doing so much work behind the scenes including after hours,, night and weekend work. We often received messages Sunday night. The team were able to guide us through each step and we felt very relaxed that we were in good hands. We were able to sell our house in a few weeks for a realistic price that we were happy with.
