This older-style unit is situated in a small complex of only five units, all occupied by long-term residents. Please note that the unit no longer has carpet; it features timber flooring throughout, vinyl flooring in the kitchen, and a tiled bathroom.
With a little bit of flair the unit can look like this - all it takes is a bit of imagination. (Photos attached are what the property looked like during a previous tenancy) so it is possible to make it look great. (SORRY but some of the photos would not download the right way up no matter what I did)
This 2 bedroom unfurnished unit is in a quiet, great location and is handy to everything shops, train station, bus & Nundah Village cafes. Small functional kitchen with open plan living area, good size bedrooms, screened windows & a front patio. May need a bit of love but worth it. Great size open style garage under and downstairs laundry.
