Dear Mathew, It is with absolute pleasure that I post this review about your performance. Our property manager suggested you as a possible agent when we decided to put our investment property on the market. I decided to do my diligence and made a trip to Brisbane to scout a few agencies, yours included. I met with 2 agents who gave me a snobby treatment of "mate, this is just another apartment, you'd be lucky to get within the average of the area". They did not see the apartment in person, nor the area. It was all based on standard strategies and standard approach. You made the trip to Woolloongabba and had a coffee with me. You saw the area in person. You saw the apartment in person and you had a connection with the property manager. During our chat, you were extremely attentive but also realistic and very methodical. I did not see these features in any of the agents I spoke to before you.
