An absolute pleasure

Best experience ever. Professional responsive. Sold off market excellent price. Leigh went above and beyond seeing trades through the house as I live interstate selling on marketplace leftover furniture. The concept of a real estate agent and his partner photographing all of my stuff putting it onto Facebook marketplace and attending on a Sunday so the people could take it. We most of it was drunk and I was probably gonna cop $1000 cleanup fee is one example of above and beyond. I went from a chat with him thinking I had to get quotes on cleanup people rubbish removal people for him saying hang on a minute and then coming back saying I’ve got this sorted for you. I would also want to say that the price we got was somewhere around 10-30% above what my rental agent told me I would get and what other agent suggested I list it at. The words above and beyond come to mind. Leigh managed everything +++ I’ve sold numerous properties over the years and I can honestly say these experience in the business world and dealing at a professional level was blatantly obvious. He had that old school touch so to speak when nothing was a bother he kept me in touch gave me fantastic advice and ensured that we got a fantastic outcome in record time to be frank. I think both myself and probably the Buyer experienced a very positive experience in the process. I can’t recommend Leigh enough. As a sidenote even after the sale and during the process of selling we had numerous lengthy friendly conversations where he genuinely wanted to get to know me and we just had a fantastic rapport . I finished the process with the philosophy if I ever hit town he’ll be the first person I contact and ask out for dinner or beer and I’m sure we would enjoy it. He was more than a salesperson. He was a partner and friend by the end of this process.
