Professional and efficient

Libby and her team, especially Kyra, were fantastic to deal with. Everything was handled remotely, so all I had to do was sign a contract. Libby got the listing mid December, organised a few trades to fix some issues left by the previous tenant, organised the marketing, put the unit online a few days before Christmas, had the first opening the day after Boxing Day and had it sold a week after NYE. Given the various public holidays and time constraints, I was thrilled with such a fast turnaround. The property settled about 8 weeks from the date that I engaged Libby. As mentioned, her team were fantastic, organising everything from reconnecting power and smoke detector compliance to trades to fix issues. I can not recommend Libby and her team highly enough.
