Proactive communication, professional, patient, and knowledgeable.

Libby Taylor was the seller's agent for an apartment I recently purchased on the Gold Coast. She knew all of the details of the property without having to refer to notes (e.g. body corporate sinking fund balance, soil/stability testing results related to nearby construction, etc), and was very patient with me given that I was a first-time apartment buyer. I never felt any pressure throughout the process, and her knowledge and patience were big factors in me being comfortable to put an offer on the property despite having some reservations about the north-east aspect of the apartment.
