Exceptional service provided by property managers
We had some difficult time with tenants and previous property managers at our property in Upper Coomera and were looking for someone who can give better service. Given that we have full time work, it becomes difficult for us to dedicate time for property matters. We have good experience with Ray White in Melbourne who manage our property there and that’s why we decided to try out RayWhite in UC to see if things become any different, for good. From day one, there was better communication and we were given timely appraisal of the condition of the property. Things that required immediate attention were called out and fixed. The property was visited regularly by the PM and a condition report was provided to us. I would specifically like to call out Chanette from Raywhite UC who has been of exceptional help to us. After shifting to Raywhite, one thing that we have now is peace of mind. Highly recommended!
