Extremely Hasppy

We were planning to sell our property at No 3 Cabriolet Court Upper Coomera and was preparing this for the last six months and consulting quite a number of agents who were keen to procced with the sales options. After Careful consideration and the proven track Record of Brad Wilson team we decided to go with Brad Wilson . He explained to us the market conditions and the best way to sell the property in the open market and we decided Auction was the best avenue to proceed with the sale. The Auction was held on the 25th January at the major Ray White event at Royal Pines. Although we did not agree on the price at the Auction Brad worked tirelessly to make the sale and negotiated with the highest bidder and Managed to secure the sale for us. Right through the process of open homes and the feed back we received from Buyers through Brads team was extremely useful for us to make informed decision . With my experience with the team with Brad I have no hesitation in recommending for any prospective party considering a listing. He was able to get the street record as well as the highest price in Coomera Retreat which was very pleasing to all concerned. The team that we were dealing was also very helpful, polite and courteous I have sold few properties in the last few years and I regard the experience I had with the Ray white team was the best.
