Great Agent, Great staff, Great Result

I handed Brad a difficult task. A run down investment unit overfilled with the clutter of an ongoing tenant who had a history of being difficult to deal with. I noticed Brad had sold similar, but well maintained units in the same complex for very good prices so I decided to offer him my property to sell, not expecting much. It was a difficult sell with a buyer pulling out due to financing problems but only a day later Brad had another with a similar offer. The sale price was far in excess of what I had imagined but was close to the value that Brad had suggested.
