Great Experience

Alex & his team (especially Maddy) were amazing in helping us sell our house. I am a very time-poor (& probably very annoying) client, but they still made the process incredibly smooth. The team basically did everything for us from start to finish. They had a comprehensive pool of trades to help with anything we needed. Consequently we were able to have our house in the best shape possible when presented to potential buyers. The communication of progress & updates throughout the campaign were first class. I was surprised at how ‘live’ & comprehensive the updates were. Even though I was unavailable to take phone calls I was still kept up to date on all the information on inspections, feedback & offers. Even down to information on which potential buyers had been followed up on & when. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. While all that made the experience a really positive one….. most importantly I believe Alex worked really hard & did whatever was required to get us the best price possible for our property! We could not be more pleased with the service & the outcome!
