Andrew Dowton's the one!

We took on Andrew Dowton to sell our property. Just like the last family sale, he excelled in gaining us a price, well above the reserve! Who'd complain about that? Constructive suggestions prior the market campaign had our property in top shape! Andrew was attentive, professional, reliable and prompt (always rang in advance if he couldn't make an appointment)! He is totally across the market. Selling in Newport and not Altona, made no difference. We could have chose the Williamstown (closer) office, but wanted Andrew from Altona. Andrew knows how to present a property, as well as himself (fit, smartly dressed, hair always neat as a pin). His casual, relaxed personality also makes him great to deal with.
