Excellent communicator with deep knowledge of the area and great care for the seller and the buyer

It was a pleasure having Andrew sell our house! Andrew didn't push the first offer that came along, but did his duty of informing us of every interest and any offer that did get presented. Andrew gave us the time and space to first test the market, then set our own price and conditions for a sale to proceed. I think that Andrew represented our interests really well to find a good buyer at a price that we were prepared to settle at. At every point, Andrew appeared to care that we got a top sale, but always spoke highly of the buyers and presented their needs and limitations well to us. Andrew seemed to know the area, and the market in the area, really well. A very good communicator with extremely prompt responses to any queries that we had. and the Always got back to me promptly. He took the time to come to our place of residence (which is different to the property being sold) and talk us through the whole process whilst making us feel totally at easy with the journey we were about to embark on! Very professional, with a great "care factor" attached.
