Tina is excellent!

I was selling my house in Sydney from a distance of 1000km. I really needed an agent I could rely on. Tina managed every little detail for me with complete efficiency. She organised painters, floor sanders, gardeners, cleaners and a handyman, as well as arranging the hire of furniture for the auction campaign. The results were stunning- she even chose the colour scheme- and her astute choices and attention to detail meant the house looked fabulous, and all achieved in less than 2 weeks! The marketing campaign that she coordinated ran smoothly and resulted in huge interest, with big crowds at each open house, and on auction day. She kept me well informed, with a weekly written report on the outcomes of the open homes. I found her honest and straightforward when discussing marketing and auction strategies, making negotiation easy for me.
