Fair Sale Outcome with Some Gaps in Communication

We’re grateful that Tina successfully sold our property and that both the sale and pre-settlement inspection went smoothly. While the sale was secured at a fair market price, the process felt less engaging than our past experiences as vendors. Online updates were not always current, and during discussions, we sometimes felt the communication and client focus were not at the level we had anticipated.
