I contacted McGrath after recommendation from a friend who does property maintenance for a number of property managers, who had advised me that many property managers were difficult to work for and had a lot of outstanding payments, but McGrath were no problems, always great to work for, and reliable with payments. Based on that advice I asked them to manage my 3 rental properties. I have been very impressed with the speed at which they found tenants (after having one property empty for a few months), their professional advice, and the consistent and reliable way in which they respond to both my enquiries and those of the tenants. I cannot fault them, and highly recommend their services.
