I made the right choice of agents

I did my own research when looking for an agent to sell my property. I was initially tempted to choose an agent with a cheaper commission but at the last minute decided to trust my gut instinct and go with Geoff and so glad I did. Geoff was right on the money with the right strategy to price my property. He had a contract on the first day and two more at the first open house. This is the seventh property I have sold and by far the easiest process thanks to Geoff. If I had any questions Geoff responded if not straight away then within an hour or two.
