Great outcome for selling a tenanted Wolli Creek apartment

We sold our Wolli Creek apartment through Ray White Arncliffe, Leo and May were outstanding from day one. Our situation wasn’t the easiest: the property was tenanted, we weren’t able to stage it, and the timing was tight with the lease ending only two days before settlement.
