Unprofessional Agent!

Kate is really unprofessional in her dealings with buyers. In a recent purchase, Kate approach was really disappointing. During the period of celebrating my new purchase Kate did a letter box drop into my new house saying “sold above owners expectations” this has been so disappointing. In calling Kate to say does this marketing campaign suggest that I have overpaid for my property she responded with its just a marketing campaign. Completely unprofessional! During the whole purchase Kate was not helpful, she was hard to get in touch with and get any information back. She required a lot of follow up from keen buyers, doesn’t show she keeps buyers engaged and warm. Dealt with other agents who does this well, but not Kate.
