You can stop looking, you've found your agent!!

As we had purchased other properties in the last 2 years, from a buyer perspective we had met and dealt with a very large number of agents in North Brisbane (probably even 40), and not one of them I would trust, or wanted to use to sell our house. I was at a loss, and wanted to either sell it ourselves (unfortunately too time poor to do it), or just not bother selling the property at all due to my lack of faith in agents. I read a bunch of reviews for local agents of which I was skeptical, as whilst the seller thought they were great I knew on the flip side how terrible they were, and I don't mean just poor communication, but actual negotiation ability. A lot of agents seem to have a churn and burn mentality, sure, it makes their volume of sales numbers sound great, but the vendor is missing out on $$$! We took a gamble and chose Kate, and this may sound trivial but Kate can spell. One of my pet peeves is communications from agents that can't spell. Between text messages and emails it is surprising how much written communication is required in a sale. So I geared myself up in preparation for what I thought was going to be a frustrating few months of having to "deal with an agent", and I still can't believe it, but the experience was nothing short of amazing! Think about the best outcome you could possibly have; full asking price, cash sale and no building and pest. That's what Kate achieved for us, and we couldn't be happier! Some clients might like more "pampering" I'm not sure if Kate picked up that we really didn't care about, or have time for the real estate "touchy feelies" or in other letters BS, and if this is what you are after I'm sure Kate could adapt; but if you want someone who will work hard for you behind the scenes and bring the results, then Kate is the agent to choose.
